Ms. Dujdao Phanpanich, Board Member of the Institute for Education and Development of Conflict Management by Peaceful Means Foundation (I.D.P.), recently participated in the 16th generation of the “Non-Profit Organization Management According to Good Governance” training program, held at the Bank of Thailand’s training facility.

The program was organized by the Foundation for Public Policy and Good Governance. It is specifically designed for chairpersons, board members, and executives of non-profit organizations, including associations, foundations, institutes, and social enterprises.

The curriculum is divided into eight main topics, comprehensively covering the principles of good governance in organizational management. Distinguished experts shared their valuable experiences to foster a correct understanding and provide essential guidelines for applying these practices to successfully achieve the organizations’ missions and goals.

This participation reflects the I.D.P. Foundation’s unwavering commitment to developing its personnel’s capabilities and prioritizing transparent operations under the principles of good governance. This dedication ensures the continued advancement of its mission in managing conflicts through peaceful means for the utmost benefit of society.
